  2. PR check- although PR doesn’t affect SERPs (Yes, read it again!) people sell links based on their current PR (which is a bluff if you’d ask me). This is a nice source of income, so you should check this as well.

  3. Link popularity check – it’s a bit more advanced information
  4. SERP check - Check your position in google for a certain keyword. Usually try to search for the main keywords of the website that is for sale and see how well it ranks. Google ranking is quite important and it’s the main search engine traffic.
