SitePoint Marketplace – using them to sell flat advertisment
April 11, 2008 at 4:40 am, ScorpionoThey might be gold, I though the prices for having yourself listed were way more than what I’ve seen today (at 2:47AM, hopefully I’ve seen it right)
» How much does it cost to get yourself listed in the Buy/Sell Advertising at SitePoint?
20 credits.
» How much is 20 credits?
Don’t know.. but 30 credits is $1 (*of course I do, that would be 20/30 = 2/3 = $0.(6) USD*)
— Basically the effects will be heavier than DigitalPoint, as I can sell at a good price. DigitalPoint has become a lala-land for freebies (like me obviously!) – so I’ll try out the marketplace for mylol’s advertising spots as I don’t trust in AdToll yet, and well.. I personally hate AdSense from the depth of my soul for their support team. They own the market, it’s monopoly, good for them.. I’ll sell my own ads!
— DigitalPoint still remains on my list, as it is free to post in the Trade section, and I had good results in the past.

$1 credit = $1.00 USD.
You can buy one credit, or 1009. Since many of our users come to the site over and over again, we thought it made a lot of sense to allow you to prepay for credits and use them up over time.
It saves you having to go through our shopping cart and retype your credit card & billing address each and every time.

So basically, how much would it cost me to publish a regular post in Buy/Sell Advertising?
